Celebrate World Earth Day with WaytoBeauty

At WaytoBeauty making an effort as a company to reduce our impact on the environment has always been a priority. That’s why when we created our gorgeous tanning formulas it was essential that we made it vegan.  Not only that but the outer packaging on all WaytoBeauty products is 100% recyclable and our new bottles and tubes are made using 25% recycled plastic.

In an effort to make a further and continued commitment to the environment at WaytoBeauty we are aiming to be using sugar cane derived plastic on our products by 2025. So, if you’re choosing to tan, with WaytoBeauty you can get a golden glow while also being a little bit kinder to the planet.

Today let’s highlight some spectacular not for profit organisations who are working hard, not just on World Earth Day but every day to keep our planet happy and healthy.

HOMETREE (http://www.hometree.ie/)

Deforestation is a huge problem at present, and companies like hometree are working to combat that by plant trees in your name when you make a donation. They also hold tree planting days that you can head along to make your own contribution to our earth.

Irish Wildlife Trust (https://iwt.ie/)

The Irish Wildlife Trust work to preserve wildlife and their habits throughout Ireland while encouraging a greater understanding of our earth and the reasons we need to protect it. Visit their website for more information on how you can make small changes to reduce your environmental footprint.

Voice Ireland (https://voiceireland.org/)

VOICE is a member-based Irish environmental charity that empowers individuals and local communities to take positive action to conserve our natural resources. Visit their website to learn about their ‘Sick of Plastic’ campaign and their efforts to put an end to food waste.

At WaytoBeauty they want their vegan self-tanning formulations to bring a little everyday luxury to your world. So, if you want to ensure your tanning regime is eco-friendly, WaytoBeauty is a good place to start.
